Cement-Putty
Absolute Weathering Defense: Resists high thermal shifts, direct solar UV damage, and driving rain in external configurations without structural breakdown.
Fortified Interfacial Adhesion: Special chemical modifiers deliver anchoring forces onto masonry and raw concrete renders that drastically outperform regular interior putties.
Rock-Hard Compression Finish: Establishes a tough, impact-resistant surface matrix while maintaining excellent sandability parameters for architectural profile smoothing.
Anti-Shrink Matrix Stability: Formulated with active contraction-counteracting compounds, ensuring crack-free curing even at variable application depths.
Highly Economical Substrate Sealer: Balances substrate capillary suction uniformly, drastically decreasing the consumption and waste of subsequent primer and topcoat emulsion layers.
Skimming, leveling, and smoothing exterior cement plaster renders, boundary walls, and exposed facades.
Moisture-barrier interior wall preparation for residential and industrial wet zones including bathrooms, commercial kitchens, and basements.
Rectifying structural concrete honeycombing, surface blemish voids, and superficial plaster variations before painting.
Re-profiling and consolidating weathered cementitious elements during large-scale structural renovation and national contracting maintenance tenders.
Substrate Preparation: Substrates must be mechanically sound, thoroughly clean, and free from loose mortar scales, dust, or form release oils. Pre-wetting dry surfaces with clean municipal water right before application is highly recommended to regulate fluid suction.
Mixing & Hydration Protocol: Gradually pour the cement putty powder into a clean container holding approx. 30% to 35% clean water. Mix thoroughly using a low-speed mechanical stirrer until a smooth, lump-free paste forms. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then remix briefly before troweling.
Execution Protocol: Apply the compound using professional stainless steel putty trowels or spatulas in two cross-directional coats (vertical and horizontal) to map out all surface variations.
Curing & Sanding Phase: Allow the applied matrix to dry fully for 4 to 6 hours. Light water misting of the cured cement putty surface on the subsequent day is recommended to enhance optimal cement hydration. Sand down imperfections using medium sandpaper, then clear all dust thoroughly prior to priming.
