Specialist STC Company supplies this advanced system to high-stress 2026 construction zones:
Olympic Swimming Pools & Large Water Parks: Built to manage massive hydraulic loads and structural micro-movements.
Bridges & Structures Subject to Vibration: The fiber matrix excels at absorbing mechanical shocks and cyclic vibrations.
Large-Scale Potable Water Reservoirs: Provides a hygienic, fiber-toughened seal that remains durable for decades.
Exposed Terraces & High-Rise Roofs: Engineered to survive extreme thermal expansion/contraction cycles in the 2026 summer heat.
Total Cost Efficiency
While Cerotekt M2-F is a premium-grade product, its internal fiber reinforcement often reduces the need for external "Fiber Mesh" in specific areas. This saves on labor costs and time while minimizing the risk of installation errors on-site.
Specialist STC Company Procurement
We offer competitive project pricing (Project rates) with guaranteed stock availability for all national 2026 mega-projects in the New Capital, Alamein, and Upper Egypt.
Specialist STC Company emphasizes that precision in mixing and application is vital for fiber distribution.
4.1 Substrate Preparation
Mechanically clean the surface, removing any old coatings or protrusions.
Saturate the substrate until it reaches a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition.
Treat any honeycombing or joints with a high-strength, non-shrink grout.
4.2 Mixing & Homogenization
Pour the liquid Component (B) into a clean bucket first, then gradually add the fiber-reinforced powder Component (A).
Mix with a mechanical stirrer for 3 minutes until the fibers are uniformly distributed and the mortar is lump-free.
4.3 Application Strategy
Apply the first coat using a stiff brush or a spreader to ensure the fibers penetrate the concrete pores.
Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first once it is touch-dry (approx. 4 hours later).
