Substrate Preparation
The concrete surface must be structurally sound, clean, and free of oils or loose particles. It is mandatory to pre-soak the surface to a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition before application to ensure maximum chemical bonding.
Mixing Process
Gradually add water (approx. 5-6 liters per 25 kg bag) while mixing with a low-speed mechanical stirrer. Mix for 3 minutes until a lump-free, creamy mortar consistency is achieved.
