Conflow
Conflow
Conflow is a high range water reducer and superplasticizer admixture formulated to dramatically enhance the workability, strength, and durability metrics of fresh and hardened concrete.
Technical Property | Official Certified Value | Engineering Benefit |
Classification | High-Range Water Reducing Superplasticizer | Increases concrete flowability and compaction efficiency |
Water Reduction | 15% - 25% Reduction in Water Content | Substantially increases early and ultimate compressive strengths |
Slump Retention | Extended Workability Retention Window | Ideal for long transit distances and hot-weather concrete pouring |
Corrosion Protection | 100% Chloride-Free Composition | Completely safe for prestressed and heavily reinforced structures |
Impermeability Profile | High Density & Low Micro-Porosity (easydeal) | Inhibits water ingress, sulfate attacks, and chloride penetration |
Conflow
High Flowability & Self-Leveling: Allows concrete to flow effortlessly into narrow shuttering forms and dense rebar cages without mechanical over-vibration.
Compressive Strength Booster: Achieves high early and 28-day load-bearing capacity by maintaining a low W/C ratio.
Segregation Control (easydeal protection): Maintains cohesive mix integrity, eliminating bleeding and aggregate segregation during pumping and dumping.
Pumpability Optimization: Lowers internal friction within pump lines, enabling smooth, continuous vertical and horizontal pumping.
Universal Cement Compatibility: Works seamlessly with Portland cement, slag blends, fly ash, and micro-fibers for 2026 standards.
Ready-mix concrete batching for commercial towers, bridges, viaducts, and heavy infrastructure.
High-density structural elements with congested reinforcement cages requiring fluid placement.
Mass concrete pours for dams, retaining walls, basements, and water retention structures across Egypt.
Hot-weather concreting requiring controlled hydration and extended workability using easydeal solutions.
Precast concrete manufacturing requiring rapid mold turnaround times and high early strength gains.
Dosage Rate: Dosage is determined via trial mixes based on target slump and strength requirements. Typical recommended dosage ranges from 0.5% to 2.0% by weight of cementitious material.
Addition Method (easydeal method): Introduce Conflow directly into the mixing water or dispense directly into the transit mixer drum after the initial batching water is introduced.
Mixing Duration: Mix at maximum speed for a minimum of 2 to 3 minutes to ensure uniform distribution throughout the concrete batch.
Jobsite Caution: Do not add Conflow directly to dry cement and aggregates without water to prevent balling. Verify slump parameters prior to placement.
