Insutech GR1
Insutech GR1
Insutech GR1 is a ready to use cementitious grout characterized by high fluidity and an incredible capacity for shrinkage compensation. This product is the essential cornerstone for stabilizing heavy machinery and structural steel baseplates.
GR1 has been developed to meet the rigorous demands of modern construction sites:
High Ultimate Compressive Strength: Capable of withstanding immense pressure, making it ideal for turbine bases, generators, and industrial presses.
Non-Shrink Property: Guarantees volume stability during and after hardening, preventing the formation of air gaps between the baseplate and the grout.
Excellent Fluidity: Flows easily into tight spaces and areas crowded with Anchor Bolts without the need for mechanical vibration.
Chloride-Free: Does not cause rust or corrosion to reinforcement steel or the metallic parts in contact with it.
Rapid Strength Gain: Achieves high early strength, allowing for faster machinery operation and reducing production downtime.
Source Reliability: We guarantee 100% genuine products with the latest international updates from Insutech.
Logistics Excellence: Through STC, we provide fast shipping to all governorates to keep your project on schedule.
Best Value: We offer competitive pricing and special discounts for contracting firms and bulk buyers in 2026.
GR1 serves as a definitive solution in critical engineering applications:
Machinery Base Grouting: Ensuring the stability of heavy equipment subjected to dynamic vibrations.
Steel Structure Installation: Filling voids under column Base Plates in factories and warehouses.
Bridge Bearings: Fixing bearing pads to ensure even load distribution across the substructure.
Deep Concrete Repairs: Used in restoring concrete sections that require precise, non-shrink pouring.
Crane Rail Anchoring: Providing perfect leveling and high load-bearing capacity for repetitive movements.
Order your quantities now via STC to ensure rapid-to-site delivery with the best 2026 offers.
Site Preparation: Clean the concrete substrate from oils and dust. Pre-soak the area with water (SSD state) well before pouring.
Mixing: Gradually add the powder to water (using a precise mixing ratio) and use a mechanical mixer for 3–5 minutes to ensure a lump-free consistency.
Pouring: Must be poured from one side only in a continuous motion to ensure air is displaced from the opposite side, preventing "air pockets."
Curing: Immediately after finishing, protect exposed surfaces from rapid drying using wet burlap or curing compounds for at least 3 days.
