  • Mixing Protocol: Add Component B (hardener) completely into Component A (resin). Mix thoroughly using a mechanical low-speed drill until a perfectly uniform color and texture is achieved without whipping air.

  • Application Technique: Apply using a high-quality brush, roller, or airless spray gun. A minimum of two uniform coats is highly recommended to eliminate pinholes and ensure adequate nominal thickness.

  • Curing Schedule: Maintain a 12 to 24-hour overcoating window between passes. The completed system must cure for a full 7 days at ambient conditions to reach full chemical cross-linking before tank immersion.
