Marmox Fiber Mesh Roll

Crack Prevention: Effectively bridges joints between Marmox boards to prevent thermal expansion cracking.

Alkali-Resistant Coating: Protects the fiberglass strands from degradation caused by cement chemistry.

Easy Application: Quickly embeds into wet mortar or waterproofing membranes without curling.

Low Profile: Low thickness prevents elevation build-up, ensuring smooth subsequent tiling.

Durable Reinforcement: Enhances the lifespan of tile installations and waterproofing systems.

Marmox Board Joint Reinforcement: Bridging wall-to-wall and wall-to-floor junctions between insulation panels.

Waterproofing System Reinforcement: Embedding into waterproofing sluries across movement joints.

Penetration Sealing: Strengthening areas around pipes and drain outlets in wet rooms.

Crack Repair & Mitigation: Reinforcing non-structural cracks prior to tile laying.

Joint Preparation: Clean the board joints to ensure they are free from dust, debris, and oil.

Bedding Mortar Layer: Apply a wet layer of tile adhesive or waterproofing slurry along the joint (min 10 cm width).

Mesh Embedding: Press the Marmox Fiber Mesh tape directly into the wet mortar using a trowel to eliminate air pockets.

Top Coat Covering: Apply a thin second coat over the mesh to embed it completely and smooth out the surface.
