Nano Sealer
Nano Sealer
Nano Sealer is an advanced, water-based architectural primer and sealer engineered utilizing cutting edge Nano Technology Polymers.
Technical Property | Value / Description | Engineering Benefit |
Chemical Base | Nano-structured pure acrylic polymers | Multiplied penetration depth and dynamic bonding strength |
Appearance | Milky liquid (Dries to a 100% transparent film) | Zero impact on the color integrity of subsequent topcoats |
Specific Gravity | Approx. $1.02 \pm 0.02$ kg/liter | Low dynamic viscosity allows flawless pore absorption |
Particle Size | Calibrated Nanometric scale | Complete saturation of dense fair-face concrete pores |
Alkali & Moisture Resistance | Outstanding rating | Complete entrapment of internal alkaline salts and moisture |
Nano Sealer
Sub-Micron Consolidation: Penetrates deep into the core of structural substrates rather than forming a simple skin, anchoring and binding loose, chalky surfaces.
High-Performance Damp Proofing: Establishes a highly resilient water barrier that shields finishing topcoats from relative wall dampness and blistering.
Efflorescence Eradication: Buffers free calcium hydroxides and migratory salts within the cement matrix, preventing unsightly white powdery staining.
Porosity Equalization & Cost Reduction: Delivers a perfectly sealed substrate with uniform absorption, drastically minimizing subsequent putty and paint consumption.
Magnetic-Like Interfacial Adhesion: Acts as a heavy-duty bonding bridge that secures wall putties onto dense or smooth pre-cast concrete elements.
Primary high-tier priming undercoat applied over internal and external masonry walls exposed to challenging humidity levels.
Stabilizing, consolidating, and treating weathered, loose, or highly porous chalky walls during renovation phases before overcoating.
Priming architectural fair-face concrete, pre-cast panels, and internal gypsum board partitions.
Moisture-barrier pre-treatment for building facades situated in coastal regions or areas experiencing aggressive atmospheric relative humidity.
Substrate Preparation: Substrates must be structurally sound, dry, thoroughly cured, and completely free from dust, loose rendering, formwork oils, or chemical contaminants.
Dilution: Dilute Nano Sealer with clean municipal water at a ratio of 15% to 30% depending on substrate porosity characteristics. Mix thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Application: Apply evenly using professional rollers, nylon brushes, or airless spray machinery to ensure uniform fluid absorption into the pores.
Curing & Overcoating: Allow the applied nanometric primer film to cure for 2 to 4 hours. Once fully dry, application of standard CMB wall putties or texture coatings can proceed immediately.
