Nano Sealer

  • Sub-Micron Consolidation: Penetrates deep into the core of structural substrates rather than forming a simple skin, anchoring and binding loose, chalky surfaces.

  • High-Performance Damp Proofing: Establishes a highly resilient water barrier that shields finishing topcoats from relative wall dampness and blistering.

  • Dilution: Dilute Nano Sealer with clean municipal water at a ratio of 15% to 30% depending on substrate porosity characteristics. Mix thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved.

  • Application: Apply evenly using professional rollers, nylon brushes, or airless spray machinery to ensure uniform fluid absorption into the pores.

  • Curing & Overcoating: Allow the applied nanometric primer film to cure for 2 to 4 hours. Once fully dry, application of standard CMB wall putties or texture coatings can proceed immediately.
