Substrate Preparation: Concrete and plaster substrates must be structurally sound, fully cured, and cleared of loose particles, dust, and form release oils. Apply an alkali-resistant water-based primer (such as Hanza Seal or color-matched Kema Primer) to equalize suction and anchor the coating.
Execution & Texturing: Apply Rolltone 50 uniformly using a stainless steel plastering trowel. While the applied layer is wet, immediately pattern the matrix using a flat plastic trowel (in circular or vertical motions) to create the specified deep grooved "Rustic Profile" design.
Site Constraints: Do not execute during heavy dust storms, driving rain, or under direct blazing summer sun to prevent flash drying and ensure correct polymer film cure.
Curing Turnaround: Surface dry within 3 to 4 hours. Attains full mechanical cure and absolute water-washout resistance within 24 to 48 hours (depending on job-site temperature and humidity variables).
