Sikaflex 11 FC It’s a ready to use sealant and glue made from flexible polyurethane. You can use it to fill gaps and stick things in light construction work.

One‑component, gun‑grade polyurethane sealant and adhesive with permanent elasticity, designed for professional construction and maintenance applications.
Excellent adhesion to cement-based materials, brick, ceramics, glass, metals, wood and epoxy substrates, reducing the need for multiple specialist products on site.
Fast curing rate with a skin time of about 60 minutes and a curing rate of roughly 3 mm per 24 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity, helping to speed up project completion.
Good resistance to weathering and water, making it suitable for interior and exterior joints exposed to rain, moisture and normal climatic conditions.
Non‑corrosive formulation that does not attack common construction metals, supporting long‑term durability of façades, frames and metal fabrications.
Can be over‑painted with water, oil and rubber‑based paints after appropriate testing, which helps to achieve visually uniform façades and interior finishes.
High mechanical performance with tear strength around 7 N/mm, elongation at break of about 400% and elastic recovery greater than 90%, ensuring durable, flexible joints.
Service temperature range from ‑40°C to +70°C and movement capability of 15%, allowing use in many building joints subject to thermal and mechanical movement.
Available in uniwHITE, concrete grey and black, in 300 ml cartridges and 600 ml sausages, to suit common construction colour schemes and application volumes.
