SikaTop 550 Seal Two-Component Waterproofing Coating
SikaTop 550 Seal is a two-part waterproofing material prepared on site. It forms a protective layer that prevents water leakage and is used to repair and coat concrete surfaces, stone structures, and various types of building materials.

Water Reservoirs: Used as a primary waterproof lining for drinking water tanks and swimming pools.
Marine Structures: Perfect for coating seawater channels due to its high resistance to salts and harsh marine conditions.
Stone Protection: Applied as a back-coating for marble and granite slabs before installation to prevent moisture seepage and surface staining.
Wet Area Waterproofing: Highly effective for bathrooms and kitchens (under-tile application) to prevent leakage to lower floors.
Concrete & Foundation Protection: Provides a robust shield for concrete surfaces against carbonation, chloride attacks, and ground moisture.
Rapid Application (Time-Saving): The most significant advantage—it can be applied just 24 hours after concrete pouring, whereas traditional materials require a 7–28 day curing period.
Easy Preparation & Execution: No water needed (two-component system only). It is easily applied using a brush or a thin trowel layer.
Superior Adhesion: Exhibits excellent bonding strength to various substrates, including concrete, stone, and brick.
Potable Water Safe: Certified and completely safe for contact with drinking water.
Breathable Barrier: Allows water vapor to escape from the inside (breathable) while remaining fully impermeable to liquid water.
