Integrated Economical System: Merges substrate preparation (putty) and final styling (coat) into one step, slashing project execution labor and material costs by over 40% in large developments.
Ironclad Solar UV Color Fastness: Fortified with high-grade mineral oxides that fully resist harsh solar radiation, keeping external facades vibrant for decades without fading.
Dynamic Interfacial Adhesion: Penetrates deeply into concrete and mortar pores, curing into an inseparable, integrated part of the building's outer envelope.
Efflorescence & Dampness Barrier: Completely blocks external water liquid entry while remaining vapor permeable (breathable membrane), preventing paint scaling or bubbling.
Smooth Workability & Hardness: Provides excellent trowel slip parameters during steel knife application, developing into a rock-hard finish resistant to mechanical impact.
Simultaneous skimming, re-profiling, and final decorative topcoating of massive building complex facades and boundary architectural walls.
Moisture-barrier interior and exterior wall finishing for permanent wet zones, retaining structures, residential bathrooms, and shoreline properties.
Enhancing, sealing, and coloring fair-face concrete elements, pre-cast cement panels, and industrial warehouse structures.
Restoring, re-profiling, and sealing heritage facades affected by aggressive atmospheric carbonation during national contractor maintenance tenders.
Substrate Preparation: Concrete and masonry substrates must be structurally sound, sound clean, and entirely free of loose mortar scale, form release oils, or dust. Pre-wet the dry substrate thoroughly before application to balance water suction.
Mixing Protocol: Pour the dry powder gradually into a clean mixing vessel filled with approx. 30% to 33% clean municipal water. Blend thoroughly via low-speed mechanical stirrers until the color pigments are fully distributed and a creamy, lump-free paste forms. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then remix briefly before troweling.
Execution Design: Apply the prepared colored paste utilizing stainless steel putty trowels or spatulas in two cross-directional layers. Keep individual layer thicknesses strictly within 1 to 2 mm parameters to manage full coverage.
Hydration Curing Phase: Allow the applied colored matrix to dry for 4 to 6 hours. Light water misting of the cured colored cement putty surface on the next day is highly recommended to upgrade cement hydration crystalline structure and optimize color deepness.
