Conflow BR
Conflow BR
Conflow BR CMB is a high efficiency dual-action concrete admixture functioning simultaneously as a set retarder and a high range water reducer (ASTM C494 Type G / BS EN 934-2).
Technical Property,Official Certified Value,Engineering Benefit
Classification,Water Reducing & Set-Retarding Admixture (Type G),Delays hydration rate while enhancing plastic flowability
Set Delay Control,Extended Initial & Final Setting Windows,Prevents cold joints between consecutive concrete pours
Water Reduction,15% - 20% Reduction in Mix Water (W/C Ratio),Significantly increases long-term compressive strength & density
Chloride Content,Completely Chloride-Free Composition,100% safe for prestressed and heavily reinforced structural steel
Cohesiveness Profile,Anti-Bleeding & Segregation Resistant (easydeal),Maintains homogenous aggregate suspension during long transportation
Hot-Weather Concreting Solution: Mitigates rapid slump loss, flash setting, and drying cracking caused by high ambient temperatures.
Extended Workability Window: Grants site engineers ample time for pumping, placing, and compacting large volume concrete pours smoothly.
Cold Joint Elimination: Delivers seamless monolithic bonding between successive concrete layers during continuous pouring.
Hydration Heat Control: Reduces peak thermal hydration temperatures, preventing thermal stress micro-fissuring in mass concrete foundations.
High Ultimate Strength: Low W/C ratio yields a dense, impermeable concrete matrix with low water absorption for 2026 standards.
Mass concrete elements such as raft foundations, heavy retaining walls, dams, and thick piers.
Ready-mix concrete batching requiring extended transit times or long queuing hours in hot weather across Egypt.
Bridge decks, tunnels, and water containment infrastructure requiring seamless casting and high density.
Summer slab casting under direct sunlight and high-wind environments using easydeal solutions.
Dosage Assessment: Recommended dosage typically ranges between 0.4% and 1.5% by weight of cementitious material, determined via jobsite trial mixes based on target delay and temperature.
Addition Procedure (easydeal method): Dispense Conflow BR directly into the mixing water or add directly into the transit mixer drum alongside the final portion of batching water.
Mixing Duration: Mix thoroughly at maximum speed for at least 3 minutes to guarantee complete distribution within the batch.
Jobsite Caution: Do not add to dry cementitious components. Ensure prompt wet-curing or apply an acrylic curing membrane immediately following initial set.
