Substrate Profiling: Background surfaces must be flawlessly flat, completely smooth (sandpapered to perfection), dry, and cleared of loose particles. Apply two foundation passes of high-quality flat acrylic emulsion (e.g., Pure Tone 41) tinted precisely to the target Flower shade to act as a solid Base Coat.

First Layer Execution: Apply Flower paint uniformly using a fine-nap roller or brush to achieve full coverage across the prepared substrate, allowing it to flash off.

Decorative Texturing (Second Layer): Install the secondary coat using a decorative brush or special spatula. While the product is wet, execute random or circular sweeping strokes to create the desired wavy pearlescent effect.

Curing Protocols: Ensure the completed decorative finish dries naturally away from direct airborne dust or aggressive ventilation drafts for 4 to 6 hours.
