Excellent Volumetric Stability & Sag Resistance: Effectively counteracts dry shrinkage stresses, keeping the joint channel fully packed and flush with the board plane without post-drying concave sagging.
Vibration Elastic Accommodation: Infused with customized flexibility to absorb minor structural deflections and micro-movements within suspended metal frameworks, preventing surface cracks.
High Reinforcing Tape Interlocking: Generates a highly adhesive bedding layer for embedding fiberglass mesh or paper joint tapes, eliminating any risk of air blistering or edge lifting.
Seamless Micro-Sanding Processing: Sands down effortlessly to a feather-edged finish without crumbling, rendering the dry-wall joint entirely invisible beneath final decorative topcoats.
Cost-Efficient High Yield: Provides superior coverage parameters per package, making it the premier cost-effective selection for large-scale commercial real estate and infrastructure contracting projects.
Routine jointing, bedding, and finishing of all gypsum board configurations (Standard, Moisture-Resistant Green, and Fire-Shield Red profiles).
Masking and filling structural mechanical fasteners (drywall screws) to protect against localized flash rust and ensure overall leveling.
Embedding and flushing protective metal or PVC angle trims (Corner Beads) on external drywall corner configurations.
Rectifying surface undulations, edge defects, and micro-fissures in architectural false ceilings and decorative drywall bulkheads during renovation steps.
Substrate Preparation: Ensure gypsum boards are securely fastened to structural channels. Joint channels must be thoroughly dry, structurally sound, and entirely cleared of cutting dust or gypsum scales.
Bedding Application (First Coat): Apply Gypsum Putty undiluted straight into the joint channel using a wide steel joint trowel. Center and press the joint reinforcing tape (fiberglass or paper) firmly into the wet compound, wiping away excess paste.
Topping Profile (Second Coat): Once the primary coat is dry (approx. 3 hours), apply a second layer of Gypsum Putty, feathering the compound wider (approx. 20 to 25 cm) to seamlessly bridge and mask the joint boundaries flush with the panel.
Sanding & Undercoating: Allow the completed matrix to cure fully for 4 to 6 hours. Lightly sand the area using ultra-fine sandpaper (Grit No. 220). Remove all micro-dust, then apply a stabilizing water-based undercoat (such as Hanza Seal) prior to final architectural painting.
