• Blinding Concrete: The initial leveling layer poured over compacted sub-soil.

• Primary Waterproofing Layer (Insuultra / Insuprene): A 4mm thick, torch-applied, polymer-modified bitumen membrane (APP or SBS) designed for heavy-duty applications.
