Kemcrack
Kemcrack
Kemcrack is a premium, 2 component, solvent free, ultra low viscosity structural epoxy injection resin system.
Technical Property | Official Certified Value | Engineering Benefit |
Classification | Ultra-Low Viscosity Structural Epoxy Injection Resin | Penetrates exceptionally tight micro-cracks without blockage or failure |
Bond Strength | Extreme Mechanical Adhesion (Concrete Substrate) | Effectively welds crack interfaces, returning monolithic continuity |
Volumetric Profile | 100% Pure Epoxy Solids (Zero Shrinkage Matrix) | Fills internal deep fissure chambers completely without pulling away |
Mechanical Compressive | Ultra-High Compressive & Tensile Rating | Easily accommodates heavy static loads and dynamic cyclic operations |
Protective Barrier | Total Watertight and Gas-Impermeable Seal | Blocks ingress of chlorides, CO2, and moisture, preventing rebar rust |

Extreme Low Viscosity Matrix: Penetrates deep into internal crack geometries, ensuring comprehensive structural filling.
High Structural Integrity Weld: Re-establishes cross-sectional load sharing, bonding perfectly with clean dry or slightly damp concrete faces.
Zero Volume Shrinkage: Formulated without volatile solvents, ensuring the polymer fills the void completely post-cure.
Aggressive Chemical Resistance: Outperforms standard resins against subsoil sulfates, aggressive groundwaters, and light industrial chemicals.
Optimized Working Pot Life: Engineered to offer efficient jobsite operational time before cross-linking, optimizing long injection lines for 2026 specifications.
Low or high-pressure structural injection repair of vertical and horizontal structural cracks in building columns, beams, and structural walls.
Rehabilitation of structural bridge decks, concrete piers, overpass viaducts, and heavy industrial machine foundations.
Sealing and structural waterproofing of internal cracks inside liquid retention tanks, water dams, basements, and tunnels.
Grouting and precision stabilization of loose internal reinforcement anchors and starter dowels in tight configurations across Egypt.
Crack Preparation: Clean the crack path thoroughly utilizing compressed oil-free air to eliminate dust and laitance. Install injection packers (ports) at designated spacings (typically matching crack depth) along the path, then seal the outer surface of the crack using an approved structural epoxy paste (e.g., Kemapoxy 131).
Mixing Protocol: Pour the entire contents of Hardener (Component B) into the Resin (Component A) container. Blend thoroughly utilizing a low-speed mechanical paddle mixer for 3 minutes until a completely clear, streak-free liquid is obtained.
Injection Procedure: Pump Kemcrack continuously using a professional epoxy injection pump. For vertical cracks, begin from the lowest port, pumping until the resin emerges from the adjacent port. Cap the first port, shift the nozzle to the next, and repeat across the path.
Curing & Finishes: Allow the structural resin to cure undisturbed for a minimum of 24 hours. Remove the ports and mechanically grind away the temporary sealing paste to return a flush concrete profile.
