Kema-Putty
Instant Ready-to-Use Paste: Applied straight from the container without on-site dilution or additive errors, ensuring consistent quality tracking.
High-Efficiency Pore Filling: Successfully addresses surface concrete honeycombing and plaster map imperfections in a single mechanical pass.
Effortless Sanding Matrix: Smoothly sands down to a flat, velvety finish with minimal mechanical effort, ensuring zero blistering or tearing.
Cost-Performance Optimization: Offers an ideal balance of technical quality and highly competitive pricing for large-scale commercial and residential projects.
Safe Low-VOC Formula: Eco-friendly water-based compound free from toxic fumes, allowing secure handling within enclosed internal zones.
Primary architectural skimming, leveling, and smoothing of internal masonry walls, brickworks, and concrete ceilings.
Sealing micro-fissures, mechanical voids, and surface plaster variations prior to emulsion paint application.
Preparing fair-face concrete elements and architectural pre-cast ceilings to secure level illumination properties.
Restoring and re-profiling weathered stripped internal walls during structural renovation phases.
Substrate Preparation: Substrates must be dry, structurally sound, and clean from dust, shuttering oils, or loose mortar scales. Priming the plaster first with a water-based sealer (such as Hanza Seal) is highly recommended to control substrate absorption.
Execution Protocol: Apply Kema Putty undiluted using professional steel spatulas or trowels. Apply two cross-directional coats (horizontal and vertical) to map out and level plaster undulations effectively.
Sanding Phase: Allow the applied matrix to dry completely for 4 to 6 hours. Sand the surface using fine sandpaper (Grit No. 150 or 180) to achieve the required structural finish.
De-dusting & Painting: Thoroughly clear all sanding residue with a clean brush or compressed air, then apply a stabilizing undercoat before executing the final CMB decorative paint layers.
