Withstands intensive pressure pumping during crack injection stages

Impermeability

Complete Resistance to Water, Salts, & Chemicals

Seals concrete surfaces against environmental moisture and carbonation

  • High-Pressure Containment Seal: Seals the outer boundaries of concrete cracks reliably to prevent fluid loss during pressure injection.

  • Superior Injection Port Anchoring: Locks injection packers firmly in place, eliminating blowouts or dislodgement during operation.

  • Non-Sag Overhead Capability: Features excellent thixotropic properties, allowing clean, effortless application on ceilings and vertical walls.

  • Zero Shrinkage Profile: Cures uniformly without loss of volume, ensuring a tight, unyielding bond along the entire applied seam.

  • Versatile Structural Utility: Serves as a high-grade fairing coat, gap filler, and protective surface adhesive across diverse structural substrates for 2026 specifications.

  • External surface sealing of cracks and structural anchoring of injection ports/packers prior to pressure resin grouting (e.g., with Kemcrack).

  • Surface fairing, blowhole filling, and profiling of damaged concrete surfaces before applying protective coatings.

  • Sealing static joints, pipe penetrations, and structural voids in water tanks, basements, and liquid retaining structures in Egypt.

  • Rigid structural bonding of stone, marble, granite, and precast concrete elements onto load-bearing frames.

  • Substrate Preparation: The concrete surface along the crack path must be thoroughly cleaned using wire brushes and dry compressed air to remove dust, loose particles, oil, and laitance.

  • Mixing Protocol: Combine Component A and Component B in the precise ratios indicated on the packaging. Mix thoroughly using a spatula or a low-speed mechanical stirrer until a uniform color and streak-free paste is achieved.

  • Application & Port Fixing: Apply Kemseal over the crack line using a putty knife or trowel. Position injection packers over the crack at pre-calculated intervals and secure their bases firmly with the epoxy paste.

  • Curing Window: Allow the compound to cure completely (typically 12 to 24 hours depending on ambient temperature) to ensure maximum mechanical strength before commencing pressure injection.
