  • Substrate Profiling: Target surfaces must be completely dry (cured >28 days, moisture ratio <4%), structurally sound, and cleared of cement laitance, oils, or grease. Mechanical surface profiling via diamond grinding or grit-blasting is highly recommended to promote mechanical anchoring.

  • Execution & Installation: Install the Kemtekt system onto prepared surfaces utilizing a solvent-resistant roller, stiff brush, or professional airless spray machinery, adhering strictly to technical mixing ratios and specified wet film thicknesses.

  • Curing & Traffic Windows: Surfaces achieve light dry/foot traffic state within 24 hours. However, allow a steady curing interval of 5 to 7 days to reach full chemical cross-linking (Full Cure) before exposing the film to chemical or acid stress.

  • Site Restrictions: Do not execute if relative humidity parameters are extremely high or if negative back-pressure moisture tracking from underlying soils is present.
