Nanocoat

Made to order

Nanocoat is an ultra modern, high-performance, water borne protective varnish and coating engineered using advanced molecular nanotechnology (Nanotechnology based Acrylic Emulsion).

Technical Property

Value / Description

Engineering Benefit

Classification

Nanotechnology Protective Water-Based Coating (Interior / Exterior)

Superior molecular shield protecting façades from harsh physical elements

Chemical Base

Nano-Silica Modified Acrylic Copolymer Resin Matrix

Deep substrate anchoring and unyielding inter-coat cross-linking

Finish / Sheen

Available in Transparent Clear (Gloss / Satin / Matt)

Preserves structural textures and undercoat colors without visual distortion

Chemical Resistance

Excellent resistance to water, airborne salts, and light acids

Arrests moisture ingress and efflorescence on coastal brickwork

Surface Property

Hydrophobic & Anti-Staining Profile (Self-Cleaning Tech)

Minimizes facility maintenance costs as dirt washes off with rainfall

Nanocoat

  • Advanced Nanotechnology Penetration: Ultra-fine nano particles completely seal microscopic surface crevices, fully blocking liquid and chemical ingress.

  • Hydrophobic Self-Cleaning Technology: Prevents dust and grease film crystallization; surface contamination easily sheets away with light rain or rinsing.

  • Absolute UV & Solar Degradation Shield: Defends sub-layers and decorative paint coats from fading, chalking, and discoloration under direct solar exposure.

  • High Mechanical Scratch Resistance: Forms a robust surface shield capable of enduring persistent wind-blown sand friction and site washing cycles.

  • Eco-Compliant with Sustainable Formulations: Low-VOC, water-borne chemical design making it perfectly aligned with 2026 international green building certifications.

  • Serving as a high-durability transparent topcoat over exterior emulsion paints, marble-textured coatings, and high-build architectural facades.

  • Protecting fair-face concrete facades, natural stones, thermal bricks, and structural monuments against damp tracking and salt efflorescence.

  • Sealing and protective clear finishing for interior/exterior timber layouts, ornamental gypsum structures, and mineral plasters.

  • Bulk material supply for marine infrastructure, transport bridges, and commercial headquarters under national construction tenders.

  • Substrate Profiling: Target surfaces must be structural sound, fully cured (moisture ratio <4%), and completely clear of micro-dust, formwork oils, and previous loose coats.

  • Execution & Dilution: Thin Nanocoat minimally with fresh water by 5% - 10% depending on the surface porosity and tool setup. Apply two uniform coats using a short-nap roller, nylon brush, or professional Airless Spray equipment.

  • Technical Recoating Windows: Surface dry occurs within 1 to 2 hours. Maintain a steady curing window of 3 to 5 hours between subsequent coats depending on jobsite temperature and layout ventilation.

  • Site Restrictions: Avoid application during heavy atmospheric dust, high humidity, or rainy weather to prevent particles from compromising the curing nano-film.
