Full Regulatory Health Compliance: Explicitly tailored to meet health and safety codes for civil water authorities and pharmaceutical productions.
High Chemical Inertness: Resists degradation from typical water treatment chemicals, commercial chlorine doses, and mild cleaning agents.
Safe Enclosed Space Installation: Because it contains zero volatile organic solvents, it can be applied safely inside confined subterranean tanks with standard safety ventilation.
Vitreous, Easy-to-Clean Finish: The porcelain-like smooth surface repels scale accumulation and organic residue deposit, maximizing maintenance efficiency.
Elite Intercoat Adhesion: Integrates perfectly in multi-coat specifications, offering structural endurance against dynamic water pressures for 2026 engineering frameworks.
Internal lining and chemical waterproofing of drinking water tanks (concrete, steel, elevated, and underground).
Protective wall and floor coating for food processing factories, dairies, beverage bottling centers, and cleanrooms.
Sanitary internal sealing for grain silos, flour mills, and dry ingredient storage structures requiring deep humidity barriers.
Protective inner coating for municipal potable water transport networks and high-capacity hydraulic pipelines in Egypt.
Surface Preparation: Concrete substrates must be sound, flat, fully dry (moisture content below 4%), and totally clean of laitance, form oils, or dirt. Metal substrates must be abrasive-sandblasted to near-white metal standard to achieve optimal roughness.
Mixing Protocol: Pour Component B (hardener) completely into Component A (resin). Blend thoroughly using a low-speed mechanical paddle mixer for 3 minutes until a totally homogeneous paste with a uniform hue is achieved.
Application Technique: Apply using a high-quality lint-free roller, brush, or heavy-duty airless spray machinery. Applying two coats in contrasting colors (e.g., grey followed by white) is recommended to track perfect structural coverage.
Curing & Flushing Schedule: Maintain a 12 to 24-hour window between subsequent coats. The completely coated system must cure untouched for 7 to 10 days to ensure absolute chemical cross-linking. The tank must be thoroughly washed with fresh water before initial potable water filling.
