Sika Shield Sika Shield is a waterproofing roll made of bitumen. It’s supported with a layer of non woven polyester, which keeps it steady during and after installation. The bottom side has a thin layer of polyethylene, so it’s easier to apply using a torch. You can use it on different surfaces like wood, metal, concrete, and even over old waterproofing layers.
