Acryl Flex 200 Nano Plus
Dual Action Smart Insulation: Acts simultaneously as a highly durable water barrier and an innovative thermal solar reflector.
Dynamic Crack-Bridging Elasticity: Retains high elastic memory, safely covering structural hairline cracks and accommodating constant surface movement.
Non-Porous Nanotechnology Fusion: Sub-micron particles dense the resin skeleton, permanently arresting structural moisture and vapor tracking.
Seamless Fluid-Applied Defense: Forms an unbroken, continuous protective blanket over massive roof footprints, eliminating failure-prone lap joints.
Multi-Substrate Mechanical Adhesion: Anchors aggressively onto structural concrete, fiber-cement sheeting, corrugated metal roofs, and polyurethane foam insulation.
Fluid-applied waterproofing and thermal insulation topcoat for exposed flat roofs, balconies, and public utility structures.
Protecting and cooling industrial metal warehouses, metal cladding setups, and corrugated zinc hangars against corrosion and heat load.
Restoring, sealing, and top-coating aged compromised roofing membranes, open bituminous coatings, and polyurethane insulation boards.
Bulk material supply for commercial developments, residential infrastructure tenders, and energy-efficient green building projects.
Substrate Profiling: Target surfaces must be structural sound, free from dust, curing agents, or oils. Structural deep cracks should be routed and treated with polyurethane joint sealant. Apply an anti-shrinkage cementitious corner fillet at all wall-to-floor junctions.
Priming Pass Execution: Formulate a high-penetration primer coat by mixing Acryl Flex 200 Nano Plus with 20% to 30% clean fresh water. Apply thoroughly to wet out substrate pores and stabilize consumption.
Main Coat Installation: Apply a minimum of two successive neat coats (undiluted or max 5% thinned) in perpendicular directions. For high-stress zones, interlace a structural fiberglass mesh between the two full wet coats.
Technical Recoating Windows: Maintain a curing window of 6 to 8 hours between applications. Avoid application during low ambient temperatures, forecasted rains, or times of severe atmospheric humidity.
