Tilefoam Pro is an "ultra-lightweight" composite thermal insulation panel designed for roofs and walls. It consists of a high-strength, thin fiber-reinforced polymer-modified cementitious mortar surface, fused to a high-performance polystyrene foam core.
Composition: Thin polymer-modified cement face (fiberglass reinforced) + High-density foam core (XPS or EPS).
Weight: Exceptionally lightweight compared to all other composite insulated finishing systems.
Compressive Strength: Enhanced to withstand regular maintenance foot traffic.
Thermal Conductivity: Extremely low, providing excellent thermal insulation performance.

Preparation: Substrate must be clean and level. Install waterproofing first.
Installation: Lay Tilefoam Pro panels directly over the substrate. Fix mechanically using specified anchors or adhere with "Advebond" adhesive for wall applications.
Joints: Fill joints with a flexible filler (PU Sealant) or leave as "Dry Lay" based on design.
