Value / Description

Engineering Benefit

Classification

High-Performance Acrylic Polymer Mortar Admixture

Multi-action chemical modifier boosting structural bonding and flexibility

Chemical Base

Advanced Concentrated Pure Acrylic Resin Latex

Generates a robust, low-permeability polymer-cement skeletal frame

Bonding Strength

Exceptional Interfacial Adhesion Performance

Halts debonding of plaster, spall repairs, and tiles from smooth columns

Shrinkage Control

Complete Protection against drying stresses

Eliminates structural hairline shrinkage cracks in external renders

Water Absorption

Drastically Reduced Capillary Suction

Optimizes substrate durability against damp tracking and rain ingress

  • Ironclad Structural Anchoring: Provides permanent adhesion parameters for repair patches over structural concrete frames without aggressive substrate routing.

  • Dynamic Elastic Modulus Modification: Grants cement mixes localized flexibility to seamlessly absorb structural movements and diurnal thermal cycling.

  • Enhanced Compressive & Tensile Values: Maximizes the cured mortar's physical properties, significantly increasing resistance to industrial abrasion and mechanical wear.

  • Capillary Pore Blocking Solution: Densifies the cement matrix to block out moisture tracking, safely keeping internal structural elements dry.

  • Optimized Workability & Low W/C Ratio: Boosts mortar trowel response and consistency while letting engineers slash aggregate mixing water volumes.

  • Essential polymer additive for technical exterior renders, spatter-dash (Tartasha), and wall plasters to prevent salt efflorescence and peeling.

  • Preparing continuous structural bonding slurries to interlock freshly mixed concrete with aged cured concrete elements during extensions.

  • Fortifying site mortars for heavy ceramic, large-format porcelain, marble, and concrete curbstones to prevent interfacial detachment or hollow failure.

  • Formulating high-performance concrete repair mortars to treat honeycombing and structural spalls in load-bearing columns and beams.

  • Substrate Profiling: Target concrete frameworks must be structurally sound, clear of fine dust, formwork release oils, curing compounds, or loose particles. Damp-mist the porous background surface thoroughly with fresh water prior to application, avoiding ponding water.

  • Slurry Bonding Protocol (Wet-on-Wet): Mix Addicon with fresh clean water at a 1:1 or 1:2 volumetric ratio, then blend into raw Portland cement until a smooth lump-free bonding slurry is formed. Brush onto the prepared base and place the fresh concrete immediately while the slurry is still wet.

  • Mortar Modification Mix: Integrate Addicon directly into the batch gauging water at a dosage range of 10% to 20% by weight of cement, depending on technical contract project specifications, then execute mix routines as normal.

  • Site Restrictions & Curing: Do not execute if ambient layout temperature falls below 5°C. Properly cure the modified cement mortar with light water misting post initial setting to achieve total hydraulic cement hydration.
