Super Elasticity: Features high elongation properties that allow it to bridge hairline cracks and move with the structure without rupturing the membrane.
Hydrostatic Pressure Resistance: Capable of withstanding extreme water pressure, making it ideal for deep reservoirs and Olympic-sized swimming pools.
Vapor Permeability: Allows the concrete to "breathe" by letting water vapor escape while remaining completely impermeable to liquid water.
Chloride & Salt Resistance: Provides an exceptional chemical barrier for reinforcement steel against corrosion, especially in coastal and marine environments.
Superior Adhesion: Bonds powerfully to both damp and dry substrates, significantly reducing the risk of delamination or debonding.
Specialist STC Company supplies Ceroplast Super F for projects requiring elite technical specifications:
Swimming Pools & Fountains: The primary under-tile waterproofing layer that guarantees zero leakage regardless of hydraulic loads.
Large-Scale Potable Water Tanks: Lining for ground and elevated reservoirs with a completely safe, health-certified material.
Exposed Roofs & Balconies: Ideal for surfaces exposed to significant thermal expansion and contraction cycles.
Marine Structures & Canals: Waterproofing for canals, bridges, and concrete structures in constant contact with water bodies.
To ensure peak performance through Specialist STC Company supplies:
Surface Preparation: Substrates must be clean and structurally sound. Corners must be reinforced with a "fillet" (angle fillet) using non-shrink repair mortar.
Mixing Procedure: Pour the liquid component into a clean container, then gradually add the powder while mixing with a low-speed electric stirrer (300 rpm) for 3 minutes.
Layer Application: Apply the first coat (1 kg/m²). It is highly recommended to embed a fiberglass mesh in corners and over cracks, followed by the second coat (1 kg/m²) after the first has dried.
Curing: Allow to dry naturally. Protect the freshly applied membrane from rain or direct scorching sun during the initial curing phase.
