cetorex grout

  • 100% Guaranteed Non-Shrink: Incorporates state-of-the-art expansion controls that eliminate natural cement shrinkage, securing full surface contact.

  • Rapid Mechanical Strength Gain: Reaches exceptional load-bearing thresholds within days, accelerating industrial machinery handovers.

  • Superior Segregation-Free Flow: Maintains a smooth, cohesive matrix under heavy gravity pouring, preventing internal water pockets.

  • Chloride & Metallic Free: Formulated without elements that cause steel corrosion, protecting anchor bolts and structural plates.

  • Watertight Structural Seal: Creates a dense, low-permeability profile that blocks moisture ingress and environmental carbonation for 2026 specifications.

  • Precision bedding and structural grouting for heavy industrial machine bases, turbines, generators, and crane rails.

  • Grouting high-load structural bridge bearings, structural steel column base plates, and precast concrete joints.

  • High-precision anchoring of structural rebar dowels, holding bolts, starter bars, and railway tie-rods.

  • Structural repair of deep concrete honeycombs, large void spaces, and spalled load-bearing concrete cross-sections.

  • Subterranean void filling in infrastructure tunnels, structural underpinning, and marine engineering applications in Egypt.

  • Surface Preparation: Concrete substrates must be sound, thoroughly clean, and free of oils, grease, dust, and weak laitance. The surface must be pre-soaked with fresh water to a saturated surface dry (SSD) condition before pouring, ensuring zero standing pools.

  • Mixing Protocol: Add the Cetorex Grout powder systematically into a measured quantity of clean water as detailed in the technical datasheet. Blend using a heavy-duty, low-speed mechanical mixer for 3 to 5 minutes until a completely smooth, lump-free flowable grout is produced.

  • Pouring Technique: Pour the mixed grout continuously from one side only to ensure efficient air displacement and prevent internal pocket voiding. Maintain sufficient hydrostatic head pressure during the pour to optimize flow path density.

  • Curing Schedule: Exposed grout surfaces must be treated immediately after setting by continuous fresh water misting or covering with damp hessian sheets for at least 3 days to prevent premature moisture loss.
