Kalzil
Kalzil is an ultra durable, polymer modified cementitious dry powder coating formulated from high grade Portland cement, pure limestone flour, dry acrylic resins, and selected structural mineral fillers.
Technical Property | Value / Description | Engineering Benefit |
Classification | Polymer-Modified Exterior Cement-Based Coating | Ultra-tough, budget-friendly structural facade shield and finish |
Chemical Base | White Portland Cement, Mineral Fillers, and Dry Acrylics | Hydraulic curing mechanism ensures an inseparable bond with concrete |
Appearance / Color | Fine White Powder (or Tinted) with a Hard Matt Finish | Delivers a stable, natural architectural texture resisting solar fading |
Moisture Impermeability | Superior External Rain Protection Barrier | Minimizes moisture tracking, tracking dampness, and surface erosion |
Vapor Permeability | Highly Breathable Paint Film | Allows deep internal structural vapor release, preventing blistering |
Kalzil
Hydraulic Substrate Fusion: Cures concurrently with raw mortars and concrete blocks, forming an integrated structural coat that entirely prevents peeling.
Absolute UV Rays & Thermal Protection: Immune to aggressive ultraviolet degradation, maintaining mechanical matrix consistency over extended 2026 service lifetimes.
Smart Vapor Open Technology: Blocks wind-driven liquid rain from breaching the building envelope while remaining fully open to interior vapor diffusion.
High Coverage & Cost-Efficiency: Provides excellent aggregate material consumption ratios, delivering a highly competitive commercial choice over liquid acrylic facade paints.
High Abrasion & Wind Resistance: Safely endures persistent micro-sand abrasion and dust weathering common in open layouts and arid developments.
Hard-wearing decorative finishing and technical rendering for external structural facades across villas, low-rise residential units, and commercial setups.
Sealing and upgrading boundary perimeter walls, public bridge structures, and external concrete layouts prone to direct weathering.
Repairing, leveling, and face-lifting old weathered cementitious renderings and mineral plasters to unify building presentation.
Bulk material supply for nationwide public housing developments, urban infrastructure tenders, and heavy-duty architectural civil works.
Substrate Profiling: Target concrete blocks or external cement plasters must be structurally sound, cleared of fine dust, formwork oils, or loose fragments. Prematurely saturate the dry masonry surface with clean water prior to application to manage suction parameters.
Mixing Protocol: Gradually blend Kalzil powder into clean, potable water (approx. 7-8 Liters of water per 25 kg bag). Mix using a heavy-duty mechanical drill-mixer until a completely smooth, lump-free paste is generated; allow the wet mix to mature for a few minutes.
Execution Pass: Install utilizing a broad block-brush, structured coarse roller, or commercial plaster spraying systems in two uniform passes. Lightly damp-mist the base coat after initial setting to optimize hydraulic bond integration before applying the second coat.
Site Restrictions: Avoid application under intensive peak solar radiation, heatwaves, or active sandstorms to prevent premature water evaporation and ensure sound cement hydration.
