addi-grout

  • Total Shrinkage Elimination: Delivers a reliable compensating expansion mechanism, securing continuous structural contact with the substrate.

  • Elite Flow Optimization: Imparts high fluid velocity to site-mixed grouts, allowing seamless penetration into highly restricted geometries.

  • Enhanced Mechanical Strengths: By optimizing water reduction, it significantly upgrades both early and ultimate compressive and flexural strengths.

  • Cost-Effective Site Flexibility: Empowers engineers to create premium non-shrink grouts using locally available cement and sand, reducing material costs.

  • Low Permeability Shield: Denses the cured cement matrix, preventing moisture or chloride ingress and safeguarding anchor components for 2026 metrics.

  • Onsite formulation of heavy-duty non-shrink grouts for securing machine bases, generators, and industrial crane rails.

  • High-precision anchoring of structural rebar dowels, starter bars, holding bolts, and dynamic foundation tie-rods.

  • Underpinning structural bridge bearings, precast concrete panel joints, and massive steel column base plates.

  • Structural repair of deep concrete honeycombs, internal voids, and broken concrete sections in load-bearing frames.

  • Fluid pressure grouting in infrastructure tunnels, pipeline sleeves, and marine structures across Egypt.

  • Surface & Material Preparation: Concrete substrates must be sound, clean, and pre-soaked to a saturated surface dry (SSD) state. Measure the sand and cement components strictly according to engineering batch designs.

  • Mixing Protocol: Dilute Addi Grout thoroughly into the pre-measured mixing water. Gradually introduce this liquid blend into the dry cement-sand mix while mixing continuously with a mechanical paddle mixer until a uniform, lump-free consistency is attained.

  • Pouring Technique: Pour the modified grout continuously from one direction to prevent trapped air pockets. Ensure a constant hydrostatic head pressure during placement to maintain optimal flow density.

  • Curing Schedule: Exposed grout surfaces must be protected immediately after setting by continuous water misting or covering with wet hessian sheets for a minimum of 3 days to achieve full mechanical cross-linking.
