Substrate Preparation: Substrates must be completely dry, clean, fully cured, and free from dust, loose rendering, or shuttering oils. Priming the substrate with a water-based sealer (such as Hanza Seal or Nano Sealer) is highly recommended to regulate absorption.
Application Protocols: Apply Kematone Deluxe Putty straight from the bucket without water addition using professional stainless steel trowels or putty knives. Apply two cross-directional coats (vertical and horizontal) to secure perfect flatness tracking.
Sandability Phase: Allow the applied putty matrix to dry fully for 4 to 6 hours. Sand the surface using fine-grit sandpaper (No. 150 or 220) to achieve the required finish profile.
Dust Clearance & Priming: Thoroughly clean all sanding dust using a clean brush or compressed air, then apply a stabilizing primer coat prior to the final architectural paint application.
