  • Self-Leveling Consistency: Its fluid nature allows for deep penetration and full saturation of horizontal joints without air gaps.

  • High Elasticity: Expertly absorbs movement in concrete floors caused by temperature fluctuations or settling.

  • Cold-Applied Safety: Unlike traditional bitumen that requires heating, Kemflex 140 Pouring is applied cold, making it safer and faster for site teams.

  • Superior Adhesion: Bonds tenaciously to the side walls of concrete joints without the immediate need for complex primers.

  • Weather & UV Resistance: Specifically designed to withstand the harsh 2026 climate conditions, including high heat and humidity.

Specialist STC Company supplies this product for critical infrastructure tasks:

  1. Concrete Floor Joints: Filling expansion and contraction joints in warehouses, factories, and malls.

  2. Roads & Airports: Sealing connections in taxiways, runways, and massive parking structures.

  3. Open Pavements: Protecting joints in outdoor plazas and pedestrian areas.

  4. Water Channels: Sealing joints in irrigation canals and drainage systems where water pressure is low.

To ensure maximum durability through Specialist STC Company supplies:

  1. Joint Preparation: Joints must be thoroughly cleaned of dust, sand, and oils using compressed air.

  2. Substrate Condition: For the best bond, the joint should be dry and structurally sound.

  3. Application: Pour the material directly into the joint using a narrow-spout pouring pot until the desired level is reached.

  4. Finishing: Scrape off any excess material immediately to ensure a flush, level surface with the surrounding floor.
