Substrate Profiling: Target concrete frameworks or masonry renders must be structurally sound, dry, and thoroughly cleared of fine dust, formwork release oils, mold, or old loose coatings. Rout and patch deep cracks with proper structural filler before installation.
Execution & Priming: Apply an initial priming wash of the product diluted with clean water to seal porosity and regulate base suction. Install Kempleko in two or three subsequent uniform, cross-directional passes using a roller, broad brush, or professional airless spraying machinery.
Mesh Reinforcement (Optional): At vertical-horizontal internal junctions (roof fillets) and active expansion joints, embed a technical fiberglass reinforcement mesh between the first and second coats to optimize structural tear resistance.
Site Restrictions: Do not execute if rainfall is imminent or under extremely high relative humidity. Allow an adequate drying window of 4 to 6 hours between coats depending on active ambient temperatures.
