Kingtone
Kingtone
Kingtone is a premium quality industrial grade, ready mixed elastomeric acrylic textured coating system engineered for high performance architectural facade protection and dynamic crack bridging lining.
Technical Property | Value / Description | Engineering Benefit |
Classification | Elastomeric Structural Textured Coatings & Facade Linings | Flexible protection and permanent alignment camouflage for external skins |
Chemical Base | 100% Pure Elastomeric Acrylic with calibrated quartz gravels | Massive physical anchoring and high flexibility on challenging cement frames |
Elasticity & Elongation | High Elastic/Elastomeric Rating | Bridges active hairline cracks and counteracts structural settlement shifts |
Texture Finish | Uniform structured texture pattern | Perfect concealment of raw plaster blemishes and alignment undulations |
Weathering Defense | Ultra-high performance (Hydrophobic & UV-Resistant) | Maintains absolute color fastness and structural continuity against coastal salts |
Kingtone
Outstanding Elastomeric Crack-Bridging: Features superior elongation properties that permanently insulate external building envelopes from dynamic cracks and fissures.
Aggressive Hydrophobic Moisture Defense: Forms a robust, dense barrier that blocks driving rain and external dampness while remaining highly vapor permeable.
Advanced Solar UV Stabilization: Fortified with solar UV inhibitors that completely prevent film chalking, chemical degradation, or color fading on external skins.
Substrate Layout Camouflaging: High-build aggregate matrix completely hides uneven masonry renders and plaster imperfections in a single professional application.
Premium Anti-Dust Retention Surface: Formulated to resist industrial airborne dust and environmental soot attachment, allowing easy cleaning with standard water washing.
Final topcoating, dynamic texturing, and elastomeric protection of high-end residential villa complexes, high-rise architectural facades, and perimeter walls.
Lining and weatherproofing structural pre-cast concrete modules and infrastructure concrete frames subject to high wind loads and dynamic vibrations.
Finishing exterior surfaces of commercial buildings, coastal infrastructure, and industrial developments in aggressive environments.
Re-profiling, crack-sealing, and modernizing highly degraded building facades during national real estate restoration and structural contracting tenders.
Substrate Preparation: Concrete and masonry substrates must be structurally sound, dry, and thoroughly cleared of loose particles, dust, and form release oils. Apply an alkali-resistant water-based primer (such as Kema Primer or Hanza Seal) to equalize suction and anchor the coating.
Execution & Texturing: Apply Kingtone uniformly using a stainless steel plastering trowel. While the applied layer is wet, immediately pattern the matrix using a flat plastic trowel in regular circular or vertical motions to achieve the specified aggregate textured design.
Job-Site Conditions: Do not execute during high winds, heavy sandstorms, or under direct blazing summer sun to prevent flash drying and secure proper polymer cross-linking.
Curing Window: Surface dry within 2 to 4 hours. Attains full mechanical cure and absolute elastomeric matrix stabilization within 24 to 48 hours (depending on job-site temperature and relative humidity variables).
