To ensure a flawless finish with PCR1, site engineers recommend the following workflow:
Substrate Preparation: The base concrete must be fully cured, structurally sound, and free from oils, dust, or curing compounds.
Mixing Ratio: Gradually add water (typically 5 to 6 liters per 25kg bag) while using a high-speed mechanical stirrer to ensure a lump-free consistency.
Application: Spread the mixture using a metal trowel at a thickness adjusted to the aggregate size (approx. 3–5 mm).
Texturing: Use a plastic float or a texturing tool approximately 15 minutes before the material sets to achieve the desired "Medium-Texture" pattern.
Execution Speed: Being a pre-mixed, "ready-to-use" material (just add water) significantly reduces labor time and site overheads.
