Dosage Selection: Standard dosage ranges from 0.6 kg to 0.9 kg per cubic meter of concrete (or one bag per cement pouch for mortar renders), adjusted per design specs.
Batching Method (easydeal method): Add CMB Polypropylene Fibres directly to the aggregate weigh hopper or directly into the transit mixer drum on-site or at the batching plant.
Mixing Cycle: Mix at maximum drum rotation speed for 3 to 5 minutes to allow full filament separation and uniform distribution.
