Advefoam 30
Advefoam 30
Advefoam 30 consists of high density Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) foam boards, featuring a closed-cell structure that provides exceptional resistance to moisture and thermal exchange. It is the preferred choice for structural engineers for insulating roofs and cavity walls due to its high mechanical durability and load-bearing capacity.
Density: 30 - 35 kg/m³ (ensuring peak insulation performance).
Thermal Conductivity (λ): Extremely low (~ 0.027 W/m.K).
Compressive Strength: High, suitable for ballasted roof systems.
Water Absorption: Near zero (Closed-cell structure).
Dimensions: Available in thicknesses from 2 cm to 5 cm (or custom orders).

Maximum Energy Efficiency: Minimizes electricity consumption by preventing heat gain in summer and loss in winter.
Long Service Life: Does not degrade over time and is resistant to mold, bacteria, and fungi.
Lightweight: Easy to handle and install without adding significant dead loads to the structure.
Dimensional Stability: Minimal expansion or contraction under extreme temperature fluctuations.
Thermal insulation for concrete roofs (Inverted or Conventional roof systems).
Cavity wall insulation to prevent heat transfer through building envelopes.
Insulation for cold stores and industrial refrigerators.
Protective and separation layer beneath waterproofing membranes.
Preparation: Ensure the substrate is level and free from sharp protrusions.
Installation: Lay the boards in a staggered pattern, ensuring tight joints to prevent thermal bridging.
Protection: For roof applications, cover with geotextile and ballast (gravel or tiles) to protect against direct UV exposure.
