  • Mixing Protocol: The product is supplied in two parts (Component A and Component B). Mix thoroughly according to the precise technical ratios using a low-speed mechanical mixer to secure uniform compound blending without introducing trapped air.

  • Execution & Installation: Apply the blended mixture within its designated pot life utilizing a solvent-resistant roller, broad brush, or professional airless spraying machinery, adhering strictly to the targeted wet film thickness.

  • Curing & Traffic Windows: Surfaces achieve light foot traffic dry state within 24 hours. However, maintain a steady curing window of 5 to 7 days to reach full chemical cross-linking (Full Cure) before exposing the film to heavy vehicle traffic or chemical stress.
