Substrate Preparation: Ensure the target surface is clean, sound, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, or loose debris.
Application with Coatings: Apply the first base coat of the liquid waterproofing membrane (e.g., Kem-Coat or cementitious slurry). Immediately press Kem-Net into the wet base coat (Wet-on-Wet).
Embedding Process: Smooth down the mesh using a trowel or roller, ensuring the liquid membrane bleeds through the mesh grid without creating air bubbles or wrinkles.
Overlap & Top Coat: Ensure a minimum overlap of 5 cm to 10 cm at mesh joints. Allow the base coat to dry completely before applying the final top coat of the waterproofing membrane to fully encapsulate the mesh.
