Fortified Interfacial Adhesion: Advanced polymer modifiers bridge the gap between standard gypsum and dense fair-face concrete, preventing bond failures.
Elevated Surface Compression: Resists the traditional chalking and powdering flaws of standard gypsum, creating a sandable, sound surface matrix.
High-Yield Cost Efficiency: Delivers optimized coverage parameters over vast zoning areas, proving highly economical for bulk contracting procurement.
Lump-Free Fluid Hydration: Dissolves instantly into a creamy, stable mortar without agglomeration, maintaining steady consistency during hand manipulation.
Deep Defect Void Filling: Capable of bridging deep plaster map variations and brickwork recesses in a single application pass without severe volumetric shrinkage.
Primary structural skimming, evening, and smoothing of interior brickworks, plaster renders, and concrete ceilings.
Filling mechanical blemishes, concrete honeycomb voids, and surface variations in architectural fair-face concrete.
Preparing raw interior masonry elements before executing subsequent fine acrylic paste layers.
Re-profiling and consolidating damaged internal partition systems during commercial restoration and building renovation phases.
Substrate Preparation: Concrete or masonry substrates must be dry, sound, and clean from form oils, efflorescence, or loose debris. Pre-wetting dry surfaces with a light water mist before application is recommended to secure uniform moisture distribution.
Mixing & Hydration Protocol: Gradually pour Perfecto Original powder into a clean container holding approx. 40% clean municipal water (approx. 8 to 9 liters of water per 20 kg bag). Mix thoroughly with a low-speed mechanical drill until a homogeneous, lump-free paste forms. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then remix briefly before troweling.
Execution Protocol: Apply the prepared compound using professional stainless steel spatulas or wide putty knives, maintaining thicknesses relative to structural surface undulations.
Sanding Phase: Allow the applied layer to cure fully for 3 to 4 hours. Sand down imperfections using fine sandpaper, then clear all residual dust thoroughly before undercoating.
