Dual Waterproof & Thermal Action: Shields properties from rainwater ingress while functioning as a reliable roof cooling barrier.
Seamless Membrane Layer: Forms a single continuous coating across large roof areas, removing the leakage risks associated with traditional seams.
Flexible Crack-Bridging Memory: Maintains high flexibility to bridge hairline structural cracks caused by seasonal temperature changes.
Robust Interfacial Adhesion: Bonds tightly and securely to concrete substrates, cement plasters, and general masonry works.
Easy and Eco-Friendly Application: Low-VOC, water-borne chemical formulation ensuring a safe job site and easy cleaning with standard tools.
Fluid-applied waterproofing and thermal protective coating for exposed flat concrete roofs, balconies, and public blocks.
Protective waterproof rendering for external wall structures prone to direct heavy rainfall and moisture penetration.
Repairing, sealing, and upgrading compromised historical or old roofing layers to enhance moisture barriers.
Bulk material supply for commercial contracting, residential developments, and budget-friendly infrastructure tenders in 2026.
Substrate Profiling: Target surfaces must be structural sound, free from dust, debris, and curing oils. Structural cracks should be routed and sealed. Apply an anti-shrinkage cementitious corner fillet at all wall-to-floor junctions.
Priming Pass Execution: Prepare a primer layer by diluting Acryl Flex 200 B with 20% to 30% clean fresh water. Apply thoroughly to wet out substrate pores and maximize mechanical anchoring.
Main Coat Installation: Apply at least two successive neat coats (undiluted or max 5% thinned) in perpendicular cross-directions. Reinforcing corners and construction joints with fiberglass mesh between coats is highly recommended.
Technical Recoating Windows: Maintain a steady drying window of 4 to 6 hours between applications depending on site ventilation and temperature. Avoid application during high atmospheric humidity or forecasted rain.
