Seamless Elastomeric Barrier: Creates a continuous rubberized water shield free from cold joints or laps, eliminating traditional membrane weak points.
Dynamic Weathering Durability: Endures severe atmospheric cycles, thermal shocks, and aggressive moisture exposure without blistering or degradation.
Smart Crack-Bridging Matrix: Successfully dynamic-stretches over hairline structural fissures to prevent exterior water ingress.
Solar Heat Albedo Effect: When specified in light colors (such as white), it aids in deflecting solar radiation, lowering building thermal loads.
Eco-Friendly & Safe Formula: Water-based compound completely free from toxic organic solvents and harsh fumes, allowing zero-hazard indoor or outdoor handling.
Comprehensive liquid waterproofing of flat, sloped, or architectural concrete roofs (both exposed and protected profiles).
Protective, weather-resistant elastic coating applied to structural building facades and exterior masonry walls.
High-performance under-tile moisture barrier for internal wet areas such as commercial bathrooms and kitchens.
Anti-carbonation and atmospheric shield for structural concrete infrastructure and historical restorations.
Sealing micro-fissures and superficial thermal defects in building envelopes prior to final architectural finishing.
Substrate Preparation: Concrete or rendered substrates must be structurally sound, dry, fully cured, and free from loose dust, formwork oils, or structural pollutants. Treat any extensive surface voids or honeycombing with modified cement mortar (e.g., Kemabind).
Priming Phase: Apply an initial priming coat by diluting Kema Coat 100 with 20% clean water to secure deep saturation and pore anchoring into the substrate.
Execution Protocols: Apply two cross-directional undiluted coats (at a 90-degree angle) using standard rollers, stiff brushes, or airless spray pumps. For high-stress critical areas (corners, parapets, and structural joints), embed a layer of fiberglass mesh between the two coats to reinforce tensile performance.
Post-Curing Care: Allow the final elastomeric film to cure undisturbed. Protect from aggressive structural traffic or mechanical abrasions to preserve the continuous membrane profile.
