Substrate Preparation: Concrete or rendered substrates must be structurally sound, dry, fully cured, and free from loose dust, formwork oils, or structural pollutants. Treat any extensive surface voids or honeycombing with modified cement mortar (e.g., Kemabind).

Priming Phase: Apply an initial priming coat by diluting Kema Coat 100 with 20% clean water to secure deep saturation and pore anchoring into the substrate.

Execution Protocols: Apply two cross-directional undiluted coats (at a 90-degree angle) using standard rollers, stiff brushes, or airless spray pumps. For high-stress critical areas (corners, parapets, and structural joints), embed a layer of fiberglass mesh between the two coats to reinforce tensile performance.
